Personal Training

We offer a personal training service to suit your needs. £45 for One-off session or £190 for 5 Sessions (£38 per session)*

Everybody needs a little extra help from time to time. If you don’t feel your best and feel unhappy with your body, or maybe you’ve a special event coming up, a wedding, beach holiday, where you want to look your best then I can help you with one to one personal training. Some clients want to train for a special event like a local 10k, their first marathon or ultra and need guidance on training and nutrition.

Group Bookings (2 People) £60 for one-off session or £250 for 5 Sessions (£50 per session)*

Maybe you just need somebody to weigh you each week and guide you with your nutrition and motivate you to reach your goals. Whatever the reason, I can help you provided you’re ready to help yourself. If you give me your undivided attention then I promise I will change your body in ways that you had not thought possible.

*Please note block booking of 5 sessions to be used within 3 months of first session. This is to enable you to stay on track.

My Gym

My gym is completely private and June 2020 saw the completion of my gym extension and refurbishment of the existing gym. Some clients are more comfortable training indoors, whilst others like to get outside often to do a cardio session then return indoors for some conditioning exercises. We work together on what is best for you and more importantly what you enjoy doing. I do work you hard but strongly encourage you to work at your own level. At the end of the day you do want results.

I have experience working with cardiac patients, Diabetes; Type 1 and Type 2, Parkinsons, Obesity, Eating Disorders, Bio-polar, Pregnancy (pre and post), Arthritis and many other conditions, so you can feel safe working with me. I want nothing but the best for you.
