Group Fitness Classes

We offer 4 group fitness classes per week
Circuit Training and Fitpump.
These classes are suitable for all abilities. 

Circuit Training – £8.50

A whole body approach, this class will leave you feeling invigorated and the constantly changing format prevents you becoming bored, you will always be challenged. Suitable for all abilities.

POWER HOUR – £8.50

A popular class with plenty of variety. Each week is different and sessions can involve circuits, boxing, running/power walking, aerobics, step, weight training, balance or core work. To do this class you need to be ready to work in a fun and progressive way. Beginners this is an ideal time to try different class formats. You are strongly encouraged to work at your own level. Suitable for all abilities.

FITPUMP – £8.50 or £13.00 (Double for 1 Night)

A class using barbells and hand weights to tone the whole body, this class will definitely challenge you. Unlike other classes of this type, the constantly changing format will work different muscle groups every week, no time to get bored, just listen to the music and be inspired. A great mix of people adds to the atmosphere of this class. Suitable for all abilities. All classes are attended by both male and female participants of all ages. All classes are at Saxilby Village Hall.
